Intermediate elastic fastening of type KPP-5

Intended for laying a jointless track on straight and curved sections track radius of at least 350 m (including within the transition curve) with concrete sleepers, with loads of tension 60 mln ton.km gross / km per year on which the maximum speed of passenger trains does not exceed 160 km/h and freight – 90km/h. Fasteners must fit into the track with rails type R65, UIC60 or R50. Make order

Insert Anchor AZ-2

Intended for a reliable coupling of contact into the fastening, to ensure a fixed position and to prevent transversal shift of the rail.

Insert anchor made by casting from highly sturdy cast iron types FGS 400-15 or FGS 500-7. Embedded into a concrete sleeper.

Average service life of the insert anchor is 2000 mln.tons of passed cargo.

The tension clamp KP-5.2

Intended to ensure resilient coupling of rail types R65, UIC60 and R50 in separated rail fastenings on concrete sleepers.

Is produced of high carbonated steel.  Stiffness of the contact is not less than 1.4kH/mm. Force at which the resilient insert is pressed against the contact is not less than 12,6kN.

Average service life of resilient contacts is not less than 800 mln.tons of passed cargo.

Electrically insulating insert VEP-65.11

Intended to provide electrical isolation of embedded parts into concrete sleepers with rail types R65, UIC60 and R50.

It is produced from thermoplastic (polyamide).

The electrical force of an insert is not less than 4 x 104 Om. Wear resistance is not less than 800 mln.tons of passed cargo.

PRP-2.11

Under-rail pad PRP-3.2 and PRP-2.11

Intended to provide electrical isolation between the rail base types R65, UIC60 and R50 and concrete sleeper which reduces the dynamic factors of the rolling stock.

It is produced from thermoplastic. Static stiffness under pressure is not less than 50-100 kN/mm.  Balanced force which the pad withstands during vertical load is not less than 15kN. Resource operability is at least 800 million tons of passed cargo.
