Intended for attaching rails to the sleepers and allow adjustment track width in circular and transition curves of small radius. Fastening must fit into the track with rails type R65 on reinforced concrete sleepers type SB3-5.2 Make order

MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

Is used to regulate the width of the track from 1520 mm to 1535 mm in circular and transition curves with radius from 200 m to 450 m
Allows regulating track width up to 15mm without additional parts

Fastening includes:

Insert Anchor AZ-2.K

Intended for a reliable coupling of contact into the fastening, to ensure a fixed position and to prevent transversal shift of the rail.

Insert anchor made by casting from highly sturdy cast iron types FGS 400-15 or FGS 500-7. Embedded into a concrete sleeper type SB3-5.2 and is part of a set.

Average service life of the insert anchor is 2000 mln.tons of passed cargo.

The tension clamp KP-5.2

Intended to ensure resilient coupling of rail types R65, UIC60 and R50 in separated rail fastenings on concrete sleepers.

Is produced of high carbonated steel.  Stiffness of the contact is not less than 1.4kH/mm. Force at which the resilient insert is pressed against the contact is not less than 12,6kN.

Average service life of resilient contacts is not less than 800 mln.tons of passed cargo.

Electrically insulating insert VE-K

Intended to provide electrical isolation of embedded parts into concrete sleepers with rail types R65.

It is produced from thermoplastic (polyamide).

The electrical force of an insert is not less than 4 x 104 Om. Wear resistance is not less than 800 mln.tons of passed cargo.

Regulating Bushings VR-65-K

Are designed to regulate track width in curved sections of small radius, according to the design documentation, by changing combinations of length and placement of bushes green and black.

For manufacturing bushings are used glass-filed polyamides. Resource efficiency is not less than 800 mln.t.gross of passed cargo.

Set includes: “basic” (black) VR-65-K-1-4 1 pc. and “auxiliary” (green) VR-65-K-2-3 1 pc.

Under-rail pad PRP-3.2-K

Intended to provide electrical isolation between the rail base types R65 from concrete sleeper ZB3-5.2 which reduces the dynamic factors of the rolling stock.

It is produced from thermoplastic. Static stiffness under pressure is not less than 110-590 kN/mm. Compensating power that perceives by the pad with a load on the rail 2.5 tons and displacement in the longitudinal direction is at least 15 kN. Resource operability is at least 800 million tons of passed cargo.
