Intended to connect electrical insulation joints in egalitarian spans of jointless track, turnouts switchers of all brands with wood and concrete bases links of tracks, for wooden and concrete sleepers. Applied in jointless rail track type R-65. Make order

Consists of: overlays NIS-65, which are made of glass-filled polyamide or glass-filled composite polymer; locking plancks, which are made from steel St-3; face gasket, which is made of glass-filled composite polymer; joint bolts; nuts; washers with one turn.

It is used for insulation of current conducting joints of track consisting egalitarian spans jointless track turnouts switchers of all brands with wood and concrete under-rail bases of tracks with wooden and concrete sleepers

The set includes:

  • Onlay – 2 pcs.
  • Locking planck – 4 pcs.
  • Face gasket – 1 pc. thickness 8 mm or 2 pcs. thickness 4 mm.
  • Bolt for rail joints of railway track M27х180 (according to GOST 11530-93) – 6 pcs.
  • Washer with one turn (according to GOST 19115-91) – 6 pcs.
  • Nut for bolts (according to GOST 11532-93) – 6 pcs.
